CASL also supports the local community by collecting voluntary donations for the YMCA canned food drive in November and Y It Matters Campaign in the spring.
The Y continues its 160-year legacy of empowering children, teens and families in our community. I am proud to support the Northwest Family YMCA as a Y Champion. I am asking you today — personally — for your support of the important, life-changing work of the Y.
Today, 1 in 4 kids and families need a scholarship to participate in Y programs. As a charitable nonprofit, the Y relies on donations from people like you to ensure no one is turned away from the Y due to inability to pay. Each day, the Y helps people of all ages stay active and healthy through wellness and hunger relief programs, builds academic skills for kids and teens through early learning and afterschool programs, and prepares the next generation of leaders through resident camp and teen programming. But, the Y relies on support from the community to make this possible.
I hope you’ll consider supporting me in my efforts to raise $5000 to give all kids, teens, and families the opportunity to be a part of the Y, regardless of inability to pay. Please know that every gift, regardless of size, makes a difference. Click the link below to make a secure donation on my personal fundraising page.
Thank you in advance for giving more kids, teens and families the opportunity to reach their full potential at the Y. Your gift will truly make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need the Y most.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
