Tuesday May 29th, 2018 Team Managers Meeting Agenda:

1. Length of season – 15 game and play off or 16 games and done.
2. Formate of season- 10 games fall & 6 games spring or 8 & 8
3. Black out dates – Atlanta United & Mothers Day
4. Conceded/Forfeits – Review of policy
5. Make Up games – 2nd Saturday rule is current in the bylaws
6. End of Year Awards
7. Limit of teams per division (promotion & relegation)
8. Summer & Winter
9. Weeknight games
10. Over 50 division
11. Cost of Registration
12. Try Out Pass
13. Turf vs. Natural /Home vs. Away
14. Quarterly Mini one day Tournaments
15. Saturday /Weeknight Programs

Tuesday January 30th, 2018 Team Managers Meeting Agenda:

1. Introduction of new team Managers and YMCA members
2. Field status update – Mudcreek/Hubert Terrell Mill
3. Ice Breaker Reminder
4. Cobb County Parks & Rec – twice a year $15 player fee. Cobb Parks & Rec will now be collecting per contract and we are issued two contracts per APS (fall & spring)
5. Y It Matters Campaign – Jacob Bettis & Jared McLeroy
